What to ask before applying

  1. Placement. Confirm the right year group, its campus and the availability of places for your planned start date. Ask about entry assessments, language support and how a transfer from your current curriculum would work.
  2. Cost. Request the current fee schedule for each child. Compare tuition, application and enrolment fees, meals, transport and after-school care. The videos were filmed in 2026, so confirm fees and ages with the schools.
  3. Daily routine. Visit the campus and try the journey from two candidate addresses on a school morning. If siblings would attend different campuses, test both drop-offs before choosing a home.

Set your housing budget by neighbourhood

The Paris notaries reported €9,590 per m² for existing apartments in Paris at the end of August 2026. Use that citywide transaction benchmark alongside the October 2026 neighbourhood estimates in our Reel. For a specific home, factor in the street, building, floor, condition and any outdoor space.
