What to ask before applying

  1. Placement. Confirm the right year group, its campus and the availability of places for your planned start date. Ask about entry assessments, language support and how a transfer from your current curriculum would work.
  2. Cost. Request the current fee schedule for each child. Compare tuition, application and enrolment fees, meals, transport and after-school care. The videos were filmed in 2026, so confirm fees and ages with the schools.
  3. Daily routine. Visit the campus and try the journey from two candidate addresses on a school morning. If siblings would attend different campuses, test both drop-offs before choosing a home.

Set your housing budget by neighbourhood

In our September 2026 neighbourhood comparison, the indicative reference points were €7,400/m² in Lapa, €7,700/m² in Estrela and €7,000/m² in Campo de Ourique. These dated Coloristreet estimates are a starting point for comparing areas. Use comparable homes of a similar size, condition and outdoor space to assess a particular property.
